The Ordinary Saccharomyces Ferment 30% Milky Toner is a gentle exfoliating toner that supports smoother, brighter skin while boosting hydration. It contains a 30% concentration of Saccharomyces Ferment and 3% fermented N-acetylglucosamine (NAG), which help exfoliate the skin's surface and reduce the appearance of dark spots. Suitable for all skin types, especially dry skin, it provides all-day hydration and supports the skin barrier.
