Description
This water-based eye serum from The Ordinary targets dark circles and puffiness, with 5% caffeine and EGCG from green tea. It's lightweight and fast-absorbing, fitting into any routine. Clinical testing on 19 panellists using the product 2x/day for 6 weeks showed a significant decrease in the look of dark circles after 3 weeks, and testing on 23 panellists showed minimized under-eye puffiness in 3 weeks (per boots.com).
