Description

This updated Oat Cleansing Balm now contains 5% oat kernel oil, up from 3%, and is formulated to remove makeup and SPF while hydrating and supporting the skin barrier. It is described as clinically proven to remove 100% of waterproof makeup and SPF in 30 seconds (per amazon.co.uk). The balm also includes sea buckthorn oil and is suitable for sensitive, dry, blemish-prone and dehydrated skin. It can be used daily as a cleanser or left on for 10 minutes as a nourishing mask.
