The e.l.f. 16HR Camo Concealer is a full-coverage, highly pigmented liquid concealer that dries to a matte finish and is described as quick-drying and unlikely to settle into fine lines or creases. It's aimed at all skin types and includes avocado oil to moisturise and protect skin, plus kaolin clay to help control excess oil and shine.
