Description
The e.l.f. 16HR Camo Concealer is a full-coverage liquid concealer that dries to a matte finish and is described as quick drying, with a highly pigmented thick formula that won't settle into fine lines or creases. It's aimed at all skin types and comes with a large doe foot applicator for applying the creamy formula evenly and precisely, so you can conceal, correct, contour and highlight. The formula includes avocado oil to moisturise and protect skin and kaolin clay to help control excess oil and shine. Shades run lighter, so the retailer recommends matching by bottle image.
