This silky balm formula gently dissolves makeup and sunscreen, including tenacious eye and face makeup. It contains detoxifying Japanese charcoal to help deeply cleanse and detoxify pores, and safflower seed oil to help break up natural oils and dissolve hard-to-remove makeup.
