This lightweight eye cream is formulated to instantly brighten and hydrate while visibly reducing the appearance of dark circles. It features horse chestnut flower extract to help revive the eye contour and a light reflecting pigment for a brighter look. Enriched with borage oil and echinacea extract for hydrating care.
